COVID-19
All local pandemic regulations which may be in effect during the weekend of August 12-13, 2022, will be strictly followed. Currently there are no rules in place for the requirement of facial coverings. Promoter strongly supports and recommends voluntary vaccination for all attendees.
Refunds
Registration cancellations made before July 11 will be refundable. As a first-year event, there will be no refunds after July 12 due to contractual obligations with venue(s) — this includes the unlikely event of conference cancellation due to public health orders. Thank you for your understanding.
